By booking a service with 406 Pressure Clean, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and ensure safe access for our crew on the scheduled date. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel jobs due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Final pricing may vary from estimates based on actual property conditions. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Our guarantee applies to workmanship, not pre-existing conditions or damage.
406 Pressure Clean carries full liability insurance. In the unlikely event that our services cause damage to your property, notify us immediately. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of service. We will investigate and work to resolve any legitimate claims promptly.
You agree to: remove or secure personal property from the work area, ensure pets are inside or secured, disclose any known fragile surfaces or special conditions, and provide access to water (exterior spigot) where needed.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Pre-existing conditions such as cracked surfaces, loose paint, or aging materials are not our responsibility.
For certain services, you may be asked to sign a scratch waiver acknowledging that surfaces with pre-existing wear, oxidation, or coating issues may show imperfections after cleaning. This is a normal part of the pressure washing process and is not considered damage.
406 Pressure Clean reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Last revised 2026.
